Our litigation department takes instructions from clients who seek to recover compensation for injuries (personal injury claims) sustained in road traffic or work place accidents or, who wish to pursue compensation claims against public utility companies, local authorities and general service providers. Our input commences with formal instructions and an estimate of the costs and expenses associated with the case.
Private Client Litigation is an important focus of our practice. We are committed to providing a pro-active, individual and highly personal service resulting in an immediate and focused response to your concerns. We have the knowledge and experience to advise on the most cost effective and rewarding resolution to one's particular circumstances.
Our clients are fully engaged in the prosecution of their own case with regular progress updates from the practice. Copies of all the attendances, medical and other reports are also furnished to the client for approval.
Decisions on the settlement or trial of the action are taken by the client and are based on advices from the practice, our retained Counsel and, the specialist medical or technical reports to hand. Most of our cases are settled in advance of a formal Court hearing and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Probate And Wills: |

Our probate and administration department take instructions from clients who wish to make a Will or administer the estates of their deceased relatives and friends.
A valid Will is the cheapest method of controlling and directing future ownership of assets. The restrictions on making a Will are minimal and the benefits gained by the successors in terms of certainty and continuity are invaluable. Every person who owns property owns or runs a business or, who has children under 18 years should make a Will. Those persons in a long-term relationship not based on marriage are particularly vulnerable where one partner dies without a Will.
In the absence of a valid Will, the State through its Succession legislation provides a mechanism for dividing the deceased’s assets. Following a death, the probate or administration process must take place in which our firm will facilitate. |
